We collect the email address you use to sign in, Item Passport and QR content you create (such as item names, photos, files, warranty and service records), billing information processed by Stripe, and basic technical logs needed to operate the service.

We use this information to create and display your digital item passports, authenticate your account, provide customer support, process subscriptions, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information with service providers who help us run the product (for example authentication email delivery, database hosting, and payment processing). Public Item Passports may show the details you choose to make public when someone scans your QR code.

You can sign in to review or update your Item Passports, change public visibility, or request account help from the Support page.
