What you can do
An Item Passport keeps product details, records, files, and QR access together in one place.
- Create a digital Item Passport with a main photo, extra photos, brand/model, identifiers, and category-aware specifications.
- Add warranty, service history, and insurance. Attach notes, voice, drawings, video, or files when your plan allows. Pro can add a 3D view.
- Open the live passport from its QR. QR Studio can customize the code. Pro can create an Offline Verified QR with key item details available without a network.
- Suggest details from photos with Add details with AI, including temporary evidence photos. Pro can enhance the main photo. Nothing is saved until you review and apply.
- Transfer ownership, control who can view the passport, and create a Link QR for any URL. Business can issue and manage inventory.

Sign in with the email used to create the item. For paid plans, go to Dashboard → Plans → Manage subscription to update billing in the Stripe Customer Portal.
If you lose access to an existing passport, sign in with the original email. Do not create a replacement first.
